At WESolutions, we recruit healthcare professionals globally. However, we strictly adhere to the World Health Organization (WHO) Code of Practice and the UK Government’s ethical guidelines on international recruitment.

In line with these standards, we do not actively recruit from countries listed on the UK Government’s Red List—a list comprising nations facing critical healthcare workforce shortages. This ethical stance helps protect fragile health systems by preventing workforce depletion.

As of the latest update, the Red List countries include: 
Africa: Angola, Benin, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Comoros, Congo, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Djibouti, Côte d’Ivoire, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Gabon, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Lesotho, Liberia, Madagascar, Malawi, Mali, Mauritania, Mozambique, Niger, Nigeria, Rwanda, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Tanzania, Togo, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe 

Asia & Pacific: Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Kiribati, Lao People’s Democratic Republic, Micronesia (Federated States of), Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Timor-Leste, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Yemen

Americas: Haiti
