WESolutions was entrusted by an NHS Trust based in the South of England with a critical mission: recruit 20 nurses spanning multiple specialties (Medicine, Surgery, and Emergency) within a single financial year. Efficient Resolution

Acknowledging the urgency of the mission, WESolutions conducted weekly recruitment events throughout October, resulting in the recruitment of 29 nurses by month’s end. By December-2022, WESolutions seamlessly onboarded the first group of 7 nurses. January-2023 saw the addition of 8 more nurses, followed by 12 in February-2023, 3 in March-2023, and a final 10 combined in April, May and June in the Year of 2023, fully meeting the client’s staffing requirements.

This not only offered them the flexibility to choose from an outstanding candidate pool spread across 10 different countries but also served as a safety measure for unexpected challenges.

Timeframes:

The recruitment process was executed within 15 days impressively stringent timeframe after getting the contract signed in the first week of October 2022, allowing the NHS Trust to address staffing shortages and provide high-quality patient care. Nurses started working in the in the trust by the End of December 2022.
