Policy Context
The UK Government amended the Climate Change Act 2008 in 2019, committing to a 100% reduction in net UK greenhouse gas emissions by 2050 (compared to 1990 levels).
In line with PPN 06/21, Central Government Departments, Executive Agencies, and Non-Departmental Public Bodies must ensure that suppliers to contracts valued at £5 million+ per year (excl. VAT) are committed to achieving Net Zero by 2050.
Workforce Employment Solutions Ltd confirms its commitment to achieving Net Zero by 2050.

This CRP covers all UK operations of Workforce Employment Solutions Ltd, including:
- Office premises (energy, water, waste).
- Company-owned vehicles.
- Business travel.
- Employee commuting.

Scope 3 Development
We are expanding our Scope 3 reporting to include:
- Waste and water usage.
- Employee expense-related travel.
- Capital goods.
Supplier contracts are being updated to require sustainability data and compliance with carbon reporting standards.
Governance & Review
- Monthly reporting: Carbon footprint tracked using GHG Protocol Corporate Standard.
- Annual audit: Independent verification of emissions data.
- Board oversight: Annual review and sign-off at Board level.
- Non-compliance register: Any failure to meet reporting or reduction targets logged and corrective action implemented within 90 days.
Declaration
This CRP has been prepared in line with:
- PPN 06/21
- GHG Protocol Corporate Standard
- SECR requirements (Scope 1 & 2)
- Corporate Value Chain (Scope 3) Standard
We confirm:
- Scope 1 and 2 emissions are reported under SECR.
- Scope 3 reporting is expanding annually.
- This CRP is reviewed annually by the Board and published on the homepage of our website.
