We are looking for a Candidate to work in and out of different vacancies in London. You will be caring for patients with acute conditions, you will be helping them by responding to their emotional and physical needs with care.

You will be preparing patients records and administering the patients medications and treatments and recording the results, assessing and planning nursing care requirements, you may visit patients at home, updating the patient records. You will be giving advice and arranging support for patients, relatives and carers.
