Paediatric nurse

We are looking for a candidate who can work flexibly in and out of different vacancies. Somebody who has a caring and nurturing aesthetic. The roles of the candidate will be administering drugs and injections, setting blood drips, recording the patient’s temperature, pule and respiration, overlooking strict hygiene and safety rules, preparing the patients for their operations and most importantly; educating parents/carers and explaining treatment to gain confidence.

The candidate is required be working as band 6, hold the right to work in the UK, have a clean DBS check, hold all immunisations and have at least 6 months experience in a UK hospital.

Lastly, it is vital that the candidate portrays a calm, kind and nurturing character to influence a simpler process for both the candidate, the patient and the parent.

• Hourly rate: £20/hr
