Registered Mental Health Nurse- Leicester

We are looking for a Band 5 RMN to work in Leicester. You will be working closely with patients who have acute conditions, you will be helping them by responding to their emotional and physical needs with care.

As a Mental health Nurse you will be working as part of a team to provide total medical care for the patients.

You will be preparing patients records and administering the patients medications and treatments and recording the results, assessing and planning nursing care requirements, you may visit patients at home, updating the patient records. You will be giving advice and arranging support for patients, relatives and carers.
