Project Details:

This case study show’s client’s faced severe staffing shortages that threatened the continuity and quality of their care services. To address this challenge, the client required the recruitment of more than 100+ highly skilled withing a Quarter and qualified healthcare professionals including HCA (healthcare assistant), SHCA (senior healthcare assistant), and Nurses from international locations.

Care homes situated in Scotland found themselves grappling with a significant and pressing issue in the form of acute staffing shortages. These shortages cast a looming shadow over the seamless delivery and caliber of the care services they sought to provide, thereby posing an imminent threat to the overall continuity and excellence of their care offerings.

We facilitated the logistical aspects of candidate arrivals, ensuring alignment of arrival dates and arranging suitable accommodations. Additionally, we assisted in setting up UK bank accounts and provided essential items such as SIM cards, travel adapters, and welcome packs for a seamless transition.

Timeframes:

Client required 100 healthcare professionals came with us in October 2022 and since then WESolutions have recruited over 100 healthcare professionals by the January 2023 and still the client is recruiting further candidates through WESolutions including Nurses, HCA and SHCA Domestic and Internationally as well.

End Results:

The collaboration between WESolutions and our client yielded significant results: Client required 100 Healthcare professionals, including HCA, SHCA, and Nurses, for their 26 homes in Scotland during 2022 – 2023. During this time, WESolutions successfully recruited over 105 HCA and SHCA, as well as over 80 Nurses from both domestic and international sources. Still the client is recruiting further candidates through WESolutions.
