Bed Managers/Night Managers

Bed Managers/Night Managers are responsible for the day to day management of effective bed management service. To show effective motivation of staff, to provide seniors nurse cover on the wards. work closely with the discharge coordinator to ensure that all discharge plans go smoothly and the patient’s needs is met with the right plan.

To communicate as you will be working effectively as part of a team, to monitor the availability of beds with your care group, to keep updating the head of nurse for any complaints or incidents, provide support for the hospital manager. we are looking for someone who is motivational, can show leadership and good team working.

we are looking to recruit a Bed Manager/Night Manager who has had at least 6 months NHS experience, NMC number and a cv.
