Bed managers/ Night managers

Bed Managers/Night Managers are responsible for the day to day management of effective bed management service. You will need to show effective motivation to staff. You will be working closely with the discharge coordinator to ensure that all discharge plans for the patients are going smoothly.

To communicate as you will be working effectively as part of a team, to monitor the availability of beds with your care group, to keep updating the head of nurse for any complaints or incidents, provide support for the hospital manager. we are looking for someone who is motivational, can show leadership and good team working.

• CV
• Right to work in the UK
• 6 Months NHS experience
• NMC number
